Need a very good PHP programmer to work on a part time basis (5-10 hours) per week

I Need a PHP programmer who can work for me for around 5-10 hours per week.

The ideal candidate needs to be:

# Very proficient with PHP and MySQL as well as Jquery/Ajax Technologies
# Able to work hard
# Not charge MORE than £7 per hour - this is a project that is intended to help deaf children improve their hearing
# Willing to work very hard
# Adhere to coding standards
# Preferably live in the UK, but if from abroad supply good samples of work
# Friendly personality, team player and always full of optimism
