Need a plugin built for WooCommerce

We are looking to have a plugin built for our existing Wordpress/WooCommerce system Imattination.co.uk

We would like to offer a product with the system similar to this site:

It will allow users to upload multiple PDFs via Drag&Drop
It will identify the single files showing them (with a little preview of the file) in a list
It will allow the user to select variables like size, colour/black and white, material thickness etc
It will identify the number of pages in the file and then times this against the variable price set above.
