Need a page where customer can order a cake with their own photo

I have a small german pastry shop, and need a subpage for my so called "picture cakes" (attached a file).

The customer should be able to order it directly via the Online Shop.
My website (www.weber-weiss.de) is based on wordpress.
I need a solution similar to this :

The customer should be able to choose the size of the cake ( we have a5, a4, a3) and also the filling (Vanille, Schokolade and Karibik)
Also a calender, when he wants to pick up the cake. ( 3 days in advance)

After that he should be able to upload his picture, he wants to be printed on the cake and also a editor where he can add a text to it (sample picture attached) and where he wants to place it on the picture.

I should receive a order confirmation with the picture and the cake.
