Need 90+ score on google page speed

I have a website (www.jennifersharma.com). This site already has 90+ score on desktop of google page speed. I am looking for someone who can get me 90+ score for mobile.

PS- THIS IS AN ADULT WEBSITE

I have provided the name of my website so that you can see and evaluate whether you can do it or not. As I advertised earlier and the person who did work on this could not give me a result even after spending 1 month. So I am looking for someone extremly experienced and confident person who can do this instead of wasting my time and his/her ( I am sorry for being rude, but I have already burnt my hands and wasted money).

You can suggest me all the options available for getting 90+ score. I am attaching the screen shot of the things need to be fixed.

The most import part is to improve Time to interact which is 6.6s at the moment, it should be around 1s.
