Project Requirement – Multi-Domain Email Setup for WooCommerce Sites

I have 4 separate WordPress + WooCommerce websites hosted on Kinsta, each running under different domain names.

Currently, all transactional emails, contact form emails, WooCommerce order notifications, customer confirmations, and general website outbound emails need to be routed properly using Private Email by Namecheap.

The goal is to create a clean, reliable, and professional email sending structure across all 4 domains while ensuring maximum deliverability and avoiding spam/junk folder issues.

Scope of Work:

Review and configure the full email sending structure for all 4 domains

This includes:

WooCommerce order emails
Customer invoices
Admin notifications
Contact form submissions
General website outgoing emails
SMTP configuration where required
Proper sender authentication
DNS Authentication Setup

Correctly configure and verify:

SPF records
DKIM records
DMARC records

All services involved must be correctly included in SPF to avoid delivery issues.

Kinsta + Private Email Integration

Since Kinsta is not an SMTP provider and mainly uses PHP mail, the system must be properly configured so WooCommerce and WordPress email sending works reliably using Private Email infrastructure where necessary.

Deliverability Optimization

The setup should ensure:

Emails land in inbox, not spam
Proper domain reputation
Reduced bounce or rejection issues
Stable sending for WooCommerce transactional emails
Testing + Verification

Full testing required for:

Test orders
Contact form submissions
Password reset emails
Customer confirmation emails
Admin notification emails

Everything must be tested across all domains.

Important Notes:

This is not basic mailbox setup only
This requires proper understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, DNS, SMTP, deliverability, and multi-domain hosting structure
Looking for someone experienced specifically with WooCommerce + Kinsta + Namecheap Private Email systems

A fully working professional multi-domain email system where all WooCommerce and website emails send correctly, reliably, and safely across all 4 websites without spam or delivery issues.
