Move wordpress website from subfolder to new domain

I have a client's website hosted in a subfolder of my agency website.

I need to move the website to their hosting provider and redirect the domain with minimum disruption.

I need to be sure the theme (Salient) and content all transfer smoothly and that there are no broken problem links.

I would also like you to check the theme and potentially install the child theme to make sure changes aren't lost when updates are installed.

There will also be some custom CSS changes.

Please only quote if you are available this week, Tuesday we can get access sorted to the control panel etc and make CSS edits. The site needs to be moved and live by Friday.
