Modify lightbox function to include responsive vimeo video HTML/CSS

I would like a developer to find a way to mimic the Vimeo player responsive functionality of the vimeo video found here http://www.ppp-templates.de/hs/video.html onto the HTML theme I will be using found here http://demo.limitless.company/cordoba/image/work.html . Essentially this theme is designed for photographs, but I want to display videos instead.

I want to be able to simply input the vimeo url into the work.html page - the rest must be automatic. I want to retain the same lightbox and navigation features.

I have the theme files for both sites for reference. I would ask that you only apply if you are sure you can do it. I have already had one developer try and give up.
