Mobile Responsibility optimisation

I have one website, it looks good in the desktop version, and has page speed of 82 in google page speed but it looks very weird in the mobile view. I need help of some one who has the ability to change the mobile version of my website to loom better and increase the page speed. I have another one requirement is i don't want to show all the content in mobile view i want to hide and show some pages, designs and menus in the mobile view only. If you have the knowledge of the seo then its added an advantage. I want to make my website seo friendly too. Kindly ping me if you can.
