Minecraft Server List Website from PSD Files

General information for the website: Minecraft Server List
Description of requirements/features: This website will compete with the current leading Minecraft server lists, and I am lucky to own an amazing domain which fits the exact search term to get to a “Minecraft server list”. This type of site is used by Minecraft players to find the most suiting multiplayer “server” for them to go on. Unlike many games, in Minecraft players create their own multiplayer worlds to go on, and host them themselves. Many people choose to follow this as a business; open their servers and get donations for various perks in the game. To get players and donations, they need exposure on the top server lists. As forth, they upload their servers and aim to get to the top.
Servers are ranked on votes. Players can vote once every 24 hours for as many servers as they want. As soon as they vote however, they will not be able to vote again for that same server for 24 hours. The toplist orders servers upon how many votes they have.

I'm looking for someone who is willing to give it all they've got on this project, whilst keeping my budget in mind. I have very high expectations for the individual who is chosen, so please do not apply if you are the half-hearted developer who will not spend their time and effort on this project because you will not last long! Please note I have already designed the website as I am a web designer! For the most part, you will be turning my PSD files into the website! Minecraft and the business here is rapidly growing and if you are chosen, and you do a fantastic job, you *will definitely* be called back in the near future. This website has got to be up soon, and it is not too complex to make if you have some good knowledge of web coding languages. I'm looking for this project to be finished in a few months at most as I want this up and running ASAP! You must be truly dedicated to this project, and completely know what you are doing. Having previous experience with Minecraft will also massively promote you. You will require a good understanding of Minecraft Servers, Votifier and how Minecraft server lists work to even start this project (if you’re interested, go look them up and prove to me you know what I’m talking about when I refer to these things).
Everything will be explained in great detail if you are chosen. I have already prepared a Project Brief with everything you will need to know alongside pretty much the whole website in PSD files!
