Migrate WordPress site with LMS to a new webhost

This project is to go through and remove unneeded files prior to transferring a large WordPress site (11275 MB) to a new webhost, and then to do the migration. The SSL certificate on the existing web hosting plan has expired and course participants are being inconvenienced. I would like to migrate the site now unless it will take more than two or three days, in which case I may have to keep it on the old site and renew the SSL certificate.

I need someone who communicates extremely well and who can patiently work with me as needed during the project. I'm a good communicator and I'm clear on what I want, but I do need help understanding some of the more technical aspects.

The ideal person for this project is familiar with WordPress, Moodle, Site 5, and GoDaddy, and can work during some GMT-8 business hours (California time).

It's possible that success on this project could lead to additional projects.
