Migrate files from shared Fasthosts hosting to Fasthosts dedicated server, enable TLS

Description of every page/module: Site is powered by Open Cart.
Description of requirements/features: By the 4th of November Barclaycard ePDQ reuqires a TLS 1.x to be enabled on the servers. Since shared hosting (Fasthosts) where my current site is hosted, is not supporting TLS, im forced to switch on cloud or dedicated server, thinking more about virtual server.

What i need You to do is the following after i purchased/sign up for server package;

1. transfer all the web files to virtual / dedicated server . --Linux currently --
2. transfer/upload mq sql database to virtual server
3. do a correction = adjustments in web files since the are server changes
4. and finally install=enable TLS 1.0 (at least) in the server
5. Testing, making sure all works fine
