Migrate and enhance a web site

A web site needs migrating and enhancing.

Web site is currently done using Wix and it needs migrating to DotNetNuke.

Change images to free to use ones, front page images should be based on the images from the attached file.
Images need to reflect the section and line up with its style (for example Sign Up Now image doesn't fit properly into the box on the home page).
All the text styles and positioning needs to be consistent across the web site, with only 4-5 text styles used.
Need to create Sign Up page of the same style as Contact page with the following questions:

Full Name (Salutation, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name - all separate in one line)
Email
Confirm email

Organisation
Your title
Telephone number
Web site
Address
Profile
• School
• Nursery
• Sport club
• Other (with a text box next to it)

Email on Contact Us page should be an image and reflect current text style.

All input fields should follow same style, including watermarks, as current Contact page does.

Expected deliverables:

- Migrated web site to DotNetNuke in a form of HTML. All shared areas (menus, footers, etc.) should be the same in all pages.
- Single CSS file shared across all pages with similar blocks sharing same css classes
- Single JavaScript file if needed

HTML pages should properly render on the following browsers:

IE 8, 9 and 10.
Latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari
Layout should be correct on a desktop browser as well as on iPads and Android tablets.

Please include price to create a mobile version with same style and design, but layout changed to fit on a smart phone separately as an option.

Web site need to have a Favicon based on the logo that will be provided later in the project.

To complete the work an access will be given to the DotNetNuke admin panel.

Social network links should be made active.

Q: Can you have it on Wordpress or other platform?
A: We use DNN across the group and change to another CMS is not an option.
