Membership site for Lawyers and Accountants

I need a membership site creating with a I assume a Wordpress Theme and Ultimate Membership Pro - WordPress Membership Plugin ( I have a licenced copy of this).

I need the developer to create this site with the domain URL I will give along with full access to the site through the cPanel.

The chosen developer can provide a suggested theme if they have but I also have 2/3 that I have used before.

The site needs to be modern and work on all platforms like desktop, mobile and Ipad etc.

I want the chosen provider to provide help to design the perfect membership site for me.

All the extensions from the Membership site like join page, login, page membership creation needs to blend in with the chosen theme.

If you have a suggested theme then you can send me screenshots and say why you think this would be a good fit.
