Making Design Improvements for Existing Website

The project is a platform for reading books online. I am looking for a frontend developer who will be able to make various improvements to the current website, including changes to the layout and current features.
For the frontend, jQuery and Bootstrap were used.

The developer I am looking for should be proactive and offer his own suggestions on what could be improved. Furthermore, he should be an expert when it comes to speed optimization and accessibility.

Since this is a project featuring literature, some typography experience would be beneficial as well.

Necessary changes include, but are not limited to:
- New layout for the main page
- Changes to the color theme
- Improvements to the Login/Signup
