Make my websites header fixed/sticky and awesome

Description of requirements/features: I want an awesome new header designing for my website www.plate-trader.com.

The header needs to match the design of rest of the website and it needs to be responsive so I'll need a mobile version designing. You will also need to copy the new header designs across to my wordpress blog at www.plate-trader.com/blog.

My current header is too big and is taking up too much space. I want a new header, which is fixed/sticks to the top of the page like this one (http://www.shopstyle.co.uk/browse/men). I want to avoid any of the jerky transitions I've seen on some fixed headers before.

As I said, the design needs to match my current website so I want to include my logo, search box and navigation, and also to re-use the same colours, although I don't mind if the telephone number is removed and the social links are moved somewhere else (e.g. fixed in the bottom left of the page).

Please send me photoshops/mockups of your planned designs for both the web and mobile versions, and if I'm happy with your design, I will accept your proposal and you can implement it onto the site. These don't have to be works of art and I'm not expecting you to spend hours, but I do need an idea of how it will look.

If you are good, I will probably have some other work for you.

Please do not send me a generic, copy and pasted proposal showing me your entire lives work, it only wastes both of our time.
