I want to make my company's current website design responsive.

NOTE: I do NOT want a new design or layout at all. I just want to have a new version of the current layout delivered for tablet and smartphone users.
NOTE 2: I will not accept simple plugin installations. The responsive theme must look almost the same as the current theme and should support most, if not all of the functionality.
