Make a wordpress site more visually appealing with advanced CSS

We have a wordpress site that we are overall happy with and the theme is good. However we want the site to be more visually appealing and for it to stand out so we need someone with advanced CSS and design skills

We don't need any back end development and we want some one to make the site perfect before we replicate it for other products

this may lead to extra work along with management of the sites in the future
