Description of every page/module: I am publishing a printed magazine and a website in September. On the website there is a city guide for which only selected locations (shops, bars, art galleries etc.) are featured. I am listing the locations free of charge and asking them to hand out a few magazine copies out to their customers in return.
I am mailing to about 600 locations in Europe and I want to email to be as individualized as possible. Within the mail text I use MERGE tags for location names and cities and in some cases names of the contact person. The two things I am asking the recipient for is:
- to provide media (images/texts) for the city guide entry
- an indication of how many magazines they want to hand out to the customer.
What I would like is that when they click the reply button, the find the information I have about them already prefilled. This will be in most cases the name of the place and full street address. I want them just to indicate how many magazines they want (25,50,100,125) and provide details of a contact person (if they wish).
Since Mailchimp does not allow file uploads I thought a seperate page after they have filled in the form will say "thank you for your details. Please upload any media that you have available for the feature in the city guide" and it will upload to my Dropbox or be sent to a normal email account of mine.
