Magento Developer with Google Lighthouse Experience

We are looking for an experienced Magento developer who can help us to improve our site performance score to 85+ in Google Lighthouse tool.
Currently we are using Magento 2.4.6-p7 and you will have to work with Bitbucket. Ssh/Ftp access will not be provided.
To consider your application please mention some similar work experiences and give us a time and budget esitmation for the project.
Please note that we will only pay for your work if the site reached 85+ score.
