Looking for Simple Website

Hi, I need a website rather quickly, hopefully launched by Friday or Saturday. I just need the shell created: a landing page, plus a contact form, a place for blogs (I will update those).

So what I am asking for:
I will provide the domain name; (I have a logo)
You create the landing page; (I will alter messaging every week)
Create a Menu along the top: About Us, Blogs, Resources, Meetings, (I may add more in the future);
You will create the site using an easy builder so I can populate all of those areas (Wix, WordPress, or a similar free program
In the Meetings tab, I'd like to incorporate a form with a submit button at the bottom

This website is being started as a way to offer free peer-to-peer support groups for parents experiencing family violence, will be a 501c3 in the near future
