Hi, what I’d genuinely like to understand first is: if you had to point at the one thing currently holding the platform back the most, what would it be? Also, are you expecting this project to stay as a lean refactor of the current system, or do you already see parts of the architecture that realistically need rebuilding properly to support where the business is heading next?
-

-/ Regarding sales features, are you thinking about introducing upselling or cross-selling on product pages, or perhaps subscription-based options for recurring purchases? How do you envision these working in your current setup?
-/ Beyond Stripe, are there any other payment methods you’d like to offer to your customers, or do you have ideas for advanced checkout options that could improve conversions?
-/ On the UI/UX side, are there specific improvements you have in mind, like new navigation flows, redesigned product pages, or promotional sections that could help drive engagement?
-/ For admin and management, do you want to add more detailed dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics to better track orders, inventory, and customer behavior? -

Could you describe the current platform and priorities in one place so we can scope the upgrade precisely specifically: what is the existing stack (confirm Next.js / NestJS / Prisma / Stripe if applicable), is there an existing codebase or a full rebuild, which commercial flow must be prioritised first (checkout, orders, payments, or accounts), what are the top 3 technical or business problems today (performance, scalability, UX, conversions, admin workflows, or technical debt), and what product rules or complexities must we support (variants, subscriptions, bundles, inventory sync, regional pricing, discounts, multi-vendor, or custom checkout logic) plus any performance or conversion targets (page speed, SEO score, checkout conversion) and an ideal launch date?
-

- Since this is an upgrade of an existing e-commerce system, could you explain the biggest issues or limitations you are currently facing? Are the challenges mostly related to performance, scalability, user experience, maintainability, conversions, admin workflow, or technical debt?
- Could you share more about the product structure and operational complexity of the store? For example, are there product variants, subscriptions, bundles, inventory syncing, multi-vendor logic, regional pricing, discount systems, or custom checkout workflows involved? -

Hi Muhammad, could you confirm whether the existing platform is already built on the listed Next.js/NestJS/Prisma/Stripe stack, and which commercial flow should be prioritised first: checkout, order, account or payment?
-

Hello, Mr Muhammad,
I have a few quick questions:
1. Is there an existing codebase already, or are we rebuilding and restructuring from scratch?
2. Do you have performance or conversion targets (speed, SEO score, or checkout optimization goals)?
