We're Hiring: Technical Generalist (LATAM / South America)
We're looking for a versatile Technical Generalist who can wear multiple hats, communicate effectively with clients, and understand software development across different technical domains.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills — comfortable communicating with clients and participating in meetings.
Broad technical knowledge — a basic understanding of software development across multiple areas, including backend, frontend, databases, AI, and DevOps.
Time zone availability — able to overlap with US business hours for at least 5 hours per day.
Compensation
Fixed monthly salary: $1,500–$2,000
Client meetings: $15–$20/hour
Preferred Location
Latin America (LATAM), especially South America.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a proactive, adaptable person who can bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, understand technical requirements, facilitate communication, and help coordinate work across different areas of software development.
