Looking for a Beaver Builder expert with CSS skills

I'm looking for a skilled CSS coder with experience of the Beaver Builder page editor on WordPress.

We have a fairly complicated web design to build into the BB framework, with various sections needing before and after pseudo background images to make various buttons and info box backgrounds.

The design is attached. We're looking for help sorting out the 3 boxes marked Christmas Trees, Hans Reindeer and Visit Santa Fir, along with the row beneath from our family to yours. But if you can make the whole page, including navigation work better, with fewer images or sprites we'd be open to suggestions and the whole page and navigation could be added to the project.

Everything must work responsively and allow the client to edit the text within the boxes, so background images, including text, are not an option!

Examples of similar work would be useful and how you will go about making this work.
