Looking after 3 websites

I have had a programmer for 10 years who has moved on to further his career and I am looking for someone to take his place looking after 3 websites. Work involved is between 10 and 30 hours a month on a permanent basis.

The 2 main sites written in ASP - the 3rd site is written in PHP and rarely needs attention

Besides updating changes and improvements to the sites 2 newsletters need sending out every month. We are a very easy going company that understands that programmers are the experts here and can often improve our ideas.
