Long-term Laravel and Vue Developer for Web Project, Based in UK

I'm running a web project for a client and need a reliable developer to join me long-term. I'm currently handling everything myself and need an extra pair of hands to keep the work steady and on schedule.
Stack: Laravel, Vue, MySQL
What you'll do:
Build and maintain features, write clean and maintainable code, fix bugs, and work with me on the database and API side. You'll be a real part of the project, not just one-off tasks.
What I'm looking for:
Solid hands-on experience with Laravel and Vue, comfortable with MySQL, and able to work independently once a task is clear. Good written and spoken English is important since we'll communicate often.
The workload is light and very flexible. We also provide Claude Premium.
I'm looking for someone in the UK so our working hours overlap well, and someone dependable who can commit for the long term.
Hiring process:
Before the long-term contract, I'll ask shortlisted candidates to do a small paid test task. The test pays $10 and should take about an hour. This helps me see your real coding style and how you work before we commit.
Budget: $1000 per month, ongoing, after the test.
You must be able to invest at least 3 to 4 hours a day.
