Long form landing page design and content

We provide virtual business addresses and currently, we have 4 locations. We just opened a new location in Ottawa ON and we are thinking we could benefit from a long form landing page for one of our locations. I am looking for a developer who can read our content and style and messaging and develop this on their own. I am interested to see the level of comprehension of our services and benefits from an objective viewer.
