Laravel Website is slow

Website is running slow there are over 1000 files and I think it is taking it's time to load the files . I know there are methods to make this fast, (e.g. Ajax and JavaScript, but that's missing). Need someone with good experience on Laravel to make this fast throughout. Willing to move website to new server as well.
