Landing Page Website in Wordpress

I am looking for someone to code a landing page website in Wordpress - will need this completed by end of day on Wednesday 10/20 or by 12 noon on Thursday 10/21. I'd like the site to be a parallax site - with the graphic on the site acting as a "wallpaper" and the other items scroll over it.

I'd like the site added to our server for hosting - will give that information once I have a web developer selected.

I have attached a JPEG of the site - will send all creative files once I have a web developer selected.
