Landing page Form data setup/ land page amends/ calculator bug fix

We have a landing page that is nearly complete but has the following outstanding requirements

Description of requirements/features:
Tasks:

1) Setup website on server (details to be provided )

2) Several edits and amends landing page - they currently include several copy updates and a modification to an a slider on an the page calculator.

Calculator adjustments & bug fixes
a) The value measurement along the top of the sliders needs to align with the slider value itself.
b) Results Totals on the calculator need to fixed so they are working properly

3) SETUP DATA FORMS ON MAIL CHIMP
CMS and Admin requirements: Check that landing page forms are set up, working and linked in mail chimp
Extra notes: AT THE TOP OF YOUR APPLICATION PLEASE RESPOND WITH - "I HAVE READ THE FULL JOB SPEC"
