Landing page for our solicitors firm

I need a quick and concise landing page for my solicitors firm potentially as easy as HTML matching our colour them and brief content. This would enable web presence and also allow potential web clients to contact by details on the main web/landing page. It would be ideal to match the existing colour theme as our leaflet design.

I should be able to acquire the files which can then be uploaded to 1and1 so the page is made live.

Secondly, if the price is right I may want a website done to get the firms website up and running.
