Landing page creating in Hubspot CMS

I am looking to have a new landing page designed in our HubSpot CMS. Ideally, I'd like a pop uf form, when someone clicks on the CTA (the underlying form already exists). If not possible, we'll need a separate page to collect the email address...or suggestions from you on how to change the suggested layout

I have sketched out (attached) my thoughts on l;layout, but I open to suggestions from Landing page design experts on any suggested changes to make the page better
