Keyword research, PPC Adwords, and SEO - WIX Site

I have a Wix site which I want to maintain. I need someone to help me to do the Keyword research (Counselling & Therapy) and then help get all the correct SEO tags done.

I also want my webmaster stuff set up so that you can find my web and my business (So I want a panel on the right hand side of google with my address opening times and contact details etc.

I want to get the best chance of showing up locally when people search "Stratford upon avon (or Banbury) Counselling (Or Therapy)

I am also willing to spend on google PPC, but only £100 a month as a test. My main inbound traffic will likely come from the major online counselling review site counselling director, which I am a member), my site is to pick up local traffic direct from google

So thats what I am after, maybe you can do some bits and not others. Let me know
