Kajabi Website & Funnel Layout Designer Needed

We are looking for an experienced Kajabi designer to create the layout and structure of a new website, including key landing pages and a complete registration funnel. This role goes beyond basic design, we need someone who understands how to structure pages and flows so everything connects seamlessly and works effectively.

We need someone who can begin quickly and have the project completed within 7 to 10 days ideally.

Scope of Work:

• Design and build the overall layout of a Kajabi website
• Create a high-converting main landing page
• Set up a registration landing page (opt-in/sign-up page)
• Build and connect all follow-up pages (e.g. thank you page, confirmation page, next steps, etc.)
• Work from an existing reference site/design - we have a clear layout direction that needs to be recreated and implemented in Kajabi
• Ensure the full user journey is smooth, logical, and properly linked
• Apply consistent branding (fonts, colours, imagery - provided or developed with us)
• Optimise all pages for desktop and mobile responsiveness
• Ensure clean navigation and strong user experience throughout
Requirements:
• Proven experience designing and building websites in Kajabi
• Strong understanding of landing page structure and conversion-focused design
• Experience setting up funnels or user journeys (opt-ins, confirmations, follow-ups)
• Ability to implement pages correctly so all links, buttons, and flows function as intended
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver a polished, professional result
• Experience with online courses, coaching, or digital product businesses
• Understanding of basic marketing funnels and lead generation
• Ability to suggest improvements to flow or structure based on best practices
