JWT and ASP Classic (VBScript) coding assistance needed

I need to update an existing codebase that uses an older RSA token to using the latest token via JWT and ASP VBScript, so that it will work with Tiny Cloud/Drive.
I have attached the code as a Zip file. The code seems like it's 95% there, but needs a knowledgeable person to make a few tweaks to be updated so that it works with the modern key type and validates correctly.
I will supply the Tiny API key and private.key values when the contract is awarded.
Successful project completion will include:
1. A working ASP Classic/VBScript codebase (No .NET)
2. A brief, written explanation of what was tweaked (can be simply code-comments)
3. The code must be portable, in that the "_jwt" folder can be added to any website and referenced by a valid application with the API and Private keys, and it should work.
