Joomla web site design/development

We are a small startup currently seeking an experienced web developer who can develop, test and set-up a joomla-based web site.
Therefore the requirement is that he/she knows the following technology:
- Joomla 2.5
- HTML
- CSS
- PHP
- SQL (mySQL)
This is a small project with about 10 dynamic content pages to be developed. Further extensions will definitely be required in a couple of weeks. We are therefore interested in a long-term relationship with our freelancer.
