Joomla expert required

I have a couple of bits and pieces that need resolving on my Joomla website.
1. Displaying Producer description on the frontend page (attached)
https://www.bodenhamholidays.co.uk/search.html?pid=107:aberdeenshire
2. Changing the URL's so they do not contain the listing ID and "item" is changed to "stays"
for example
holiday-cottages/item/1-tyn-y-coed-cottages,-north-wales-40664.html?
would become
holiday-cottages/stays/1-tyn-y-coed-cottages,-north-wales.html?

I have contacted the template developer but not had any reply yet, so looking for dev support here.
