Joomla expert needed

I am looking for someone to help me update a Joomla website for a small jewellery client I have. The website is up and running but one of the pages needs a photo gallery put in, ideally I would like the page to have:

10 boxes to represent each jewellery collection, each box to have an album cover to click into to view more of the collection. It must also have an area to add text about the collections. There are currently 29 images on the website which just scrolls down the page and doesn\'t look too good.

Please can you let me know if you are able to do this, how long it would take and a price to complete this project.
