Joomla development

I\'m looking for a developer to help me with a joomla component that could create image galleries with a checkbox in each of them. The gallery must have pagination and send e-mail to the site admin with the selected pictures and some extra informations about the client. No shopping cart need.

For some example please google TTG Client Response. It\'s exactly the same but for joomla and with pagination.
