IT programmmer

We are looking for an IT programmer to integrate a new competition onto our existing site.

The chosen programmer must be able to work with asp.net and my sequel have a broad knowledge of databases and work to a timescale and be a good communicator.

We have had an IT consultant who has confirmed that integrating the new product onto the site
is easier than integrating the competition that is there.

Other functions that we will need to be integrated with the new competition are as follows:-

1. We need to be able to have a database in the back end of the site that we can upload match play pool games on to.

2. We need to be able to add all the different parameters and values into the back end /admin office so that it converts to a usable product at the front end /the consumer So for example if we wanted to run a match pool for the first day of the premiership 2008. We should be able to add the fixtures into the admin office and this will convert to the front end
3. This information should then automatically be fed into the back end database so that when we enter the results into our database it will automatically inform the players with the highest score that they are the winner and how much they have won.

4. The site should be able to take a set number of players

5. Automatically email players once they have put bet on

6. Have an automatic start date and cut off date

7. The pool should allow the player to make only one choice per match

8. All results should be automatically published on a winners page

9. We should be able to set the prize fund split

10. View how many players and who have betted on any of the pool competitions. (access via admin area)


All the above functions exist with the competition that already operates on the site.

1-That allows us to monitor how many players have accumulated most points at any one
time during a competition
2-That accumulates a players weekend and weekly points till the completion of the
competition completed
3-Allows us to operate as many competitions we want at any one time.
4-Allows us to do bulk emailing
5- Admin area to have access to details of deposits and withdrawals of customers.
