onos email stopped working after Google Workspace was inadvertently configured, disrupting Outlook. I need an experienced email/hosting technician to revert DNS and mail settings, restore MX, SPF, DKIM and Autodiscover entries, and reconfigure Outlook to connect to Ionos mail. A couple of important questions first: was the mailbox originally hosted fully inside Ionos before Workspace was connected, and do you still have access to both the Ionos DNS panel and the Outlook/mail account credentials?
