    Will Checkatrade provide an official API/webhook or other supported integration method for receiving and accepting new leads, or should the solution work through an existing account/inbox workflow?

    Does Checkatrade provide official API access or webhooks to your account, or do we need to parse incoming emails?
    Do you already have accounts with Twilio (for SMS) and WhatsApp Business API, or should I set them up for you?
    You mentioned 'AI setup'. Do you need actual AI (like ChatGPT) to chat with clients, or just automated template messages?
    The current budget is set to £6. Is this a placeholder budget? This is an advanced API integration project.

    I'd want to clarify first is the Checkatrade integration. Does your account currently have access to an official API or webhook for receiving and accepting new leads?

    I’d also like to understand which email, SMS and WhatsApp providers you currently use. Once those integration points are confirmed, the workflow, templates, logging and error-handling requirements can be mapped out properly.
