Interactive Profile database adding to our website

We are a cleaning company based in the London area of the UK.

We want to allow our customers to create a profile with a login that allows them to see their property profile with pics and upcoming coming bookings. it will also need to store their core requirements and upload optional tasks.
It will not require billing details or payments. they will have to contact us for that.
They can request future billing dates and maybe chat session.

We'd like to be able then download their profile details to give to their assigned cleaners.
