Integration shipping feed to DPD delivery

I need a developer to create a connection between my website (CS CART) and my delivery agent (DPD). This is an external company who will be delivering our parcels. I need a button in the orders admin of the website to send the details of the customer and address in XML. I have documents and examples of compliant feeds for DPD for the person completing this project.

My store has 2 storefronts but all orders are controlled by the same admin area.

I need a price and time frame for this project to be completed as we are ready to get this started immediately. No time wasters or default replies please as this is important work for us to have completed.
