Install new Wordpress theme onto existing website

Description of every page/module: Transfer all information from old Theme onto new Theme ( that I've chosen).
adjust layout to ensure theme's integration is user friendly and professional looking including sliders, contact forms, videos, social media buttons, and optimised for mobile viewing
