Install Header Slider on Weebly Website

General information for the website: Informational Website
Description of requirements/features: I need someone to create new layout on Weebly website. The layout has to be the same as the "Tall Header" layout that is currently there, but with an exception to the header. Here is what needs to be done:
a) Instead of the header photo reaching up to the top of the website, we’d like
some space created at the top that will allow for the insertion of our logo. The
space is to be a white background, the full width of the page and about 6 cm in
height.
b) Menu buttons will then need to be placed into this new space. They will be
centered vertically on the right side. (they stay where they’re currently at but
now they’ll be in this newly created space). Please ensure that adding pages (&
therefore buttons) still works. Instead of just black text, feel free to propose for
our review a sharp suitable custom button style.
c) This new space above the header will need to be able to have a Weebly image
element placed on the left side to allow for us to upload our logo. If possible,
we’d like the image element to be vertically aligned with the middle of the
buttons. Please test and leave an image element in this left corner.
d)The size of the home page header is OK, but we want a slideshow of several images
instead of a single photo using the Weebly slideshow element. This will allow us to
easily change images as required. We are planning to embed captions/text within the
images before uploading them instead of having a text element on top of a slideshow
image; let us know if there’s a better way.
