Description of requirements/features: This is an information site about medical waste. We will try to have at least one picture per page but the finished site will include pages with no pics. However, there will never be a picture of a human on this site. If you cannot make a design without a picture of a person, please do not bid on this project.
Company (and website) name is Malsparo. Domain is malsparo.com There is no logo.
CMS - there is no plan to have one. We will manage it as a flat site. No Wordpress, no Drupal, etc.
Requirements
search box on all pages (for internal site search using Google)
reponsive (pass Google and Bing tests for mobile-friendly and also look good on full screen)
light (low kB download) Speed of download is important.
Each page should have:

Copyright [copyright sign] Malsparo
These should be in text, not image, in case we need to change them in the future
Colors: We have no requirements. There is no logo for the company or website.
Design: There is a warning symbol for medical waste. We are attaching a couple. You don't have to employ this in the design - but we just set it out there as an option.
Font: Use system fonts. Do not use linked fonts. If you cannot do a design without Google fonts, please do not bid on project.
