India based Laravel developer on monthly salary basis

I need an experienced Laravel developer. Monthly salary will be US dollars 300, If we like the work quality and speed then we will give raise next month. If we don't like the work, then we may end work early and will pay as per number of days worked.
- You need to run tracker on your PC or laptop while working.
- working time will be 10am to 7pm as per Indian time. First and third Saturday will be off. All Sundays will be off.
- Should be available full-time to start from Monday (6 May 2024)
- Please, at the start of proposal, write monthly salary base work so that I know that you have read the requirements.
