Importing an XML feed to my WP website

I hope you are well. I have a student housing (real estate) website. One of my partners wants to send me updates on their listings via an XML URL. The partner will be regularly updating the source XML as the URL will remain the same. My website page should receive the XML updates by replacing the old XML content. I already subscribed / paid for a plugin "WP all import" which seems like it can make this task manageable. kindly let me know if this is a project that you are interested in.
