General information for the website: Directory of users needs to be exported to Outlook
Description of every page/module: We have a script that exports a complete list of Joomla users as a CSV file. This CSV file needs to be imported into Outlook 2016.
The user list is international and has special characters from all over central and eastern Europe.
Description of requirements/features: We have verified the the CSV file has the correct special characters.
We have been unable to import this file into Outlook 2016 without corrupting the special characters.
Specific technologies required: MS Outlook
Extra notes: The script that exports the CSV file is a PHP file.
