I need to have a simple website created from my own design

I have a 32-page history thesis (with color pictures) that I need created into a website. I already have a design for the main page, and I already have a looped, animated visual that will be featured on the main page only. I need 4 buttons positioned on the main page so that when people click on them, the first button will open up a page that allows people to scroll down my thesis from pages 1-8, the second button opens pages 9-16, third button opens pages 17-25, and the forth opens pages 26-32. These 4 pages containing 8 scrolled pages each should also have a back button to go back to the main page. It's not a complicated job, as I've had many websites created before. I need it posted on the internet when completed.
